- Power, speed, and slim.
Great computer. Looks good, runs good, and packs a punch. It can handle everything I throw at it.

- Great Laptop. Pricey but worth it if you have to pay. Love the material and design. Poor battery.
I've two weeks using the Aorus X5 V7 laptop... my impression of it is that there is a lot of time invested on the laptop to design and build an excellent machine. Since you take it out of the box feel the quality of its materials. The machine has everything you need with the state of the art technology. Its intel i7 and its fast memory you got what you ever wanted.
Original hard drive wasn't convince me, so I request a better SSD which finally it wasn't as fast as I could imagine (2,500 MBps)... windows Experience index put it as only 9.2. I think it is good but even the additional bucks it wasn't enough... my personal feeling is that it could be faster. I also asked for a 2TB secondary disk but it is a hybrid so, it just accomplish.
The 3K screen is gorgeous. The GTX 1070 and this resolution allow me to play what ever game you want at ultra high detail. (I think to play at 4K could be not enough but at 3K it is great).
Yes.. the laptop get hot fast when you play or even with a light workload. The heat in the keyboard bother me more than I want. Fan noise start to noticed because they try to low the heat from the beggining. You cannot play 1 minute when fans RPMs start to sound.
Keyboard is magnific.!.. trackpad is awful, but I almost don't use it ...
The unique thing I think is not as I spected it battery live. 2.5 hours could be much working "normally"... playing games I think could be 1 hour.
Thinking the gigabyte Aero 15 can work 10-12 hours with its big battery I wonder why in this premium laptop wasn't included a better battery. :(...
Regarding the Wifi is not as good I wanted. Even I requested a stock change for an Intel
The price... I think it is pricey... thinking a i7 U and a GTX 9xxM could give you more or less the same experience for the half of cost. ... this laptop is a luxury.
