I originally purchased a new gaming notebook from XoticPC on October
28th of this year. This is my first time investing money into a
system that isn't likely to be outdated within the next 3 months,
unlike the HPs and the Gateway I have previously owned. I decided to
go with XoticPC after seeing all of the good reviews, and positive
comments posted by members of a forum that I frequent. There was one
other vendor I considered, but had a horrible experience with one of
their reps before I ever placed an order. On the other side of the
coin, Xotic has been extremely helpful and Justin is there to
provide service after the sale just as he was before and during the
sale. My original order was delievered without a hitch in about a
week and a half. It's a custom build, high-end PC, so you can't
expect to have it the very next day! Well, not if you want a quality
build. I was 100% satisfied at that point. After a week or so of
tweaking and tinkering.. I managed to have an issue with the system.
As a matter of fact, I created the issue by having a faulty BIOS
flash. That killed my motherboard, and I couldn't recover it. Justin
took it upon himself to personally handle the situation, by
providing me with an RMA ticket over the weekend when they're
normally closed. He communicated with the service center, and had
them mark my RMA as urgent. I shipped the package overnight on
Tuesday, their service dept received it on Wednesday, and by
Saturday I had a delivery from UPS. That's expedited service! I
didn't expect to receive it until the following week - which Today
is Sunday..so I'd still not be writing this review. And much to my
suprise, when I opened the package, they had sent me a BRAND NEW
Unit! XoticPC has lived up to all of the hype that I read before
making a buying decision. Their entire team, from the call center
where I completed my original order, to the service center who
pleasently and expeditiously suprised me, and to Justin who is
extremely dilligent and professional - You all deserve many praises.
Thank you all so much for making this experience the best that I
could have ever asked for, and then some!

Just wanted to let people know about how impressed I am with the
Sager NP 5793. The build quality is very solid and the computer is
no joke in speed. It looks very nice and my friends are equally
impressed with this laptop wishing they would have gotten a Sager
instead of a Dell or HP. The picture on the laptop looks much better
then the Alienware my friend just picked up and he paid a
considerable amount more than I did for the Sager. Xoticpc customer
service is topnotch and kept me well informed throughout the whole
process from build time to delivery everything worked out as I had
envisioned it. Thanks Xoticpc for a great experience.!

In
searching for my first laptop PC I came across XoticPC. I didn’t
know a great deal about the particulars of laptop PCs and was
skeptical at first about dealing with this small company, especially
sight unseen for such an item as a laptop. I knew what I did not
want, but more importantly knew what I did want.
Imagine my surprise to find that XoticPC not only met my
expectations, but far exceeded them!
After thinking about it for a while I decided to check them out. I
made my first call to them and it was a very nice experience. I was
greeted by a rep (Justin), who sounded very willing to assist me. I
proceeded to ask a few questions and every one of them was answered
kindly and completely. At no time did I feel rushed or like I was
bothering them. I then read some of their information they have
posted on their website and discovered more great things. I then
decided to get some customer reviews. I ventured over to this site
“Reseller Ratings” and ended up reading the 90 posts about XoticPC.
I could not believe what I was reading at first, everybody had
almost nothing but praise. Being a veteran reviewer myself I know
how to spot a fake inside 15 seconds. Upon further digging I found
that all these posts were real!
I went back and read more at XoticPC.com and found their warranty
section. I could not believe my eyes upon reading the best warranty
policy I have ever seen for a computer product! This is part of what
drove me to go ahead and order from XoticPC, but it was not the
whole reason.
The other part of the reason is the amazing service I received
pre-sales, mid-sales, post sales and continue to receive! I must
have called Justin and team at XoticPC 12 times with loads of
questions over a two month period before I ever ordered my laptop.
Never once was I put off or made to feel like I was bothering
someone. Each and every time my questions were cheerfully answered.
Not only that, but I was never put on hold longer than 25 seconds
and that was only one time. The rest of the time there was no
“hold”.
Overall I was made to feel of value. The other great thing is that I
was never pressured at all. No sleazy sales tactics were ever used!
I discovered it is not their style.
I have never received customer service at such a high caliber!! I
felt like I was the only customer in a posh boutique looking to
purchase a laptop PC without the snootiness and high prices. The
most important things to me were warranty and tech support. To
discover that every machine also comes with lifetime 24/7 “domestic”
support was icing on the cake.
Bottom-line is that everything about XoticPC blew me away, from
their customer service and support in all phases, pre to post and
their warranties and tech support to their helpful forums.
Purchasing my laptop from XoticPC was the best purchasing experience
I’ve had to date. No guessing or hoping I got the right thing and
what have you. Everything was made to order and arrived in perfect
condition, well packed and worked perfectly right out of the box! It
was such a fantastic experience dealing with them, I wish I had the
money to do it again right now. You can bet the bank that I will
highly recommend them everyone I know who is looking for a laptop. I
will also purchase from them again if that day comes.
In my opinion, you simply can not possibly go wrong getting your
laptop from XoticPC.

I was
looking for a new laptop about a year ago and just happened by this
gem of a company. XoticPC goes above and beyond all levels of
service. Let’s break it down.
Sales Team: 11 out of 10
I knew little about the products they sold, but knew what
requirements I wanted. The employees were all extremely friendly and
knowledgeable. They didn't try to push me into a product I didn't
need just to sell me more, and actually encouraged me to get the
most bang for my buck. They have a great community of very satisfied
customers who stick around on the website's forums to help others
choose a product or make recommendations for specific needs.
Products: 11 out of 10
The products they sell are of very high quality and go through a
rigorous testing phase to weed out bad parts. I have been a member
of the forums for almost a year and can count on one hand the number
of times I have heard of parts failing (there are close to 700
members who post on the forums, making the failure rate of around
0.7%).
Price: 11 out of 10
Some places online offer a 2-5% discount below a competitor’s
regularly priced product. XoticPC does the leg work for you and
offers you the 3% cash discount and the lowest price on the web. A
quick search today for the Sager NP5796 brings prices as follows
CompanyName/BasePrice/MaxUpgrades
XoticPC.com/$1777/$3454
Discountlaptops.com/$1822/$3474
Sagernotebooks.com/$1939/$3457
Xtremenotebooks.com/$1899/$3853
Speed: 9 out of 10
This may be the one thing XoticPC has not perfected, though I’m not
sure I would want them to. You don’t rush an artist, you don’t rush
a cook. If you want a really nice product you spend time making sure
you have it before delivering. XoticPC does and extensive burn-in on
all of its notebooks which adds some time to the final product. I
must say though, they do ship as soon as they feel satisfied that it
has the quality you deserve. I personally had pre-ordered the NP5792
in November and it was released the 2 weeks before Christmas. After
a week of extensive testing, they began construction and shipping of
the new notebooks. I received my notebook the day before Christmas
Eve without the extra accessories that I had ordered. When I
questioned them about this, they told me that they wanted me to have
the laptop as soon as possible and will ship the backordered
accessories when they arrived. I couldn’t have been happier with
there choice.
Integrity: 11 out of 10
XoticPC doesn’t jump onto every bandwagon technology that comes
around which gives them a little more credibility than the next
reseller. For instance, when everyone started selling the solid
state drives XoticPC held off until they knew how the product would
perform and decided not to include it when they learned of its
flaws. They also won’t build a system with memory that is clocked
higher than what the system can recognize just to make an extra
buck. Also, as I mentioned before they won’t try to sell you just
the biggest and the best. They will find out what you need, how much
you were planning on spending, and working off of those parameters.
This is the most honest company I have ever run across and will
never switch back to the big-names in the business.
Support: 11 out of 10
The tech-support offered is amazing. Between the 24/7 DOMESTIC
telephone support, the same-day response e-mail support and
regularly answered forums support… there is always someone who knows
how to handle a problem. When a RMA is in order it is handled
quickly and with the utmost professionalism. I have heard of DVD rom
drives going bad and the company shipping a replacement drive ASAP.
Any software and driver issues that arise can be dealt with by
checking the forums and getting detailed directions on how to update
software.
Overall, I trust them. They are reasonably fast at delivering an
amazing product and making sure that they have satisfied customers.
I was very disappointed when I had ordered a mini-laptop from
another reseller a week before they started pre-orders for an even
better mini. I will always look to XoticPC first for all my notebook
needs. They have a VERY satisfied customer in me!

I ordered an ASUS G1 laptop from Xotic PC and it came in good working order. Justin there was very helpful and got my laptop out to me and I received it in about 4 days. I have had the laptop for over a month and have done extensive testing on the unit and everything on it seems to work just fine! My laptop has Vista HP on it. The only issue is that NVidia needs to get in gear and develop drivers that are fully compatible with Vista. I know they are working on it. That would be my only complaint. No fault of Asus or Xotic PC.
I will be doing business with them again in the future!
Thanks!!

My experience with Xotic PC started off right away in the right direction - live chat!
After a horrible experience with another vendor that lasted a month and a half and NO laptop in my hands (talk about wasted time and effort) I was really careful of my shopping experience.
I treated carefully onto Xotic PC’s website looking to grill them and make sure they truly do have “customer service” and not just saying they do. I wanted to be sure that, unlike the last merchant, they were good to their words, sincere, and honest.
I clicked “Live Chat” with a host of questions. Amber picked up on the other end within a few seconds (literally) and handled my questions like a champ.
Not only did she answer the technical questions I had, she also freely gave her own personal opinions (some of which even SAVED me money) when I asked for them. (I hope Xotic PC doesn’t mind my saying this… well… just ask them about ASUS and how they handle any dead pixel warranties; you’ll be grateful you asked. I know I was!
To put it shortly, throughout the whole process they were very patient with me (and my questions) and NEVER did they try to convince me that I really should be spending more for a bigger laptop… (This is something the last merchant did, he mentioned that I should be looking at his 17” laptops and NOT the 14.1” I was interested in.)
They were easy to contact (email, phone, and online chat) and very friendly to talk to!
I ended up getting the FORCE 3547 ASUS A8JS, and even though I had to skimp on a few options (limited budget), I still love the machine!
The ASUS laptop came in the time frame I was promised (it took the last merchant a month and a half to get me my machine). And get this! There were no scratches on the machine! (The last merchant’s machine had a scratch on it… and rather than agreeing to fix it he basically told me that if I send it back, he would NOT fix it but rather, refund me the money. That is what I did.)
ANNNND, the ASUS laptop actually came with a manual, the appropriate CDs, the mouse, a bag and well, it’s just well-packaged. It actually looks like it came from a place where the laptop was cared for, wrapped professionally, and well protected. The last merchant… you get the idea.
It’s these little things that really do make a difference. In the end, the product they shipped was as promised - high quality. (Unlike the product the last merchant sent to me. The merchant even admitted that he felt the laptop he sent was "junk".)
Dealing with Xotic PC has been a pleasure. I just got done chatting with Justin from Xotic PC and he was very happy and eager to answer the additional questions I had for him.
I feel comfortable and confident doing business with Xotic PC and will continue to do so.
They have demonstrated to me that they do give a d**n about their customers. They are honest, accountable, and reliable – characteristics that are a must in today’s business world.

XoticPC has to be one of the most professional and caring companies that I have ever dealt with. I discovered them during my search for my college laptop, and at first I was skeptical about ordering from a lesser known vendor. I decided to check them out on the forums at notebookreview.com and to my surprise found an employee of XoticPC, Justin, answering peoples questions in the forums. I was very impressed by his involvement and dedication to communication with the customers. Needless to say this won over my doubts and I ordered a Sager NP2090 from the company that very night. For those of you not familiar with this particular notebook, at the time of my ordering it had not yet been released, and although I did not know it at the time I was at the end of a very long line eager purchasers of this laptop. So began a veeeeery long wait, but I would like to impress upon you that this wait was in no way XoticPC's fault, they were waiting on the manufacturer. Over the next month I made several changes to my order, I also would e-mail Justin somewhat frequently for any updates on my order. Not only was he extremely prompt in his response, but Justin was also very polite and possibly more importantly very patient. I have just recieved my notebook yesterday, July 31st, in terrific condition and although the wait was long I have no regrets. XoticPC showed a level of professionalism and involvement that I have not witnessed in any other company, barring Newegg. I would strongly encourage anyone looking for a high quality notebook at an unbeatable price to check out the great guys at XoticPC.com.

XOTICPC has been amazing. I have always purchased from major companies such as Dell or AlienWare, so I was hesitant purchasing from an unknown site. After comparing prices I was blown away at XOTICPC's amazing prices and decided to place an order. I was quickly impressed by their professionalism and work ethic. They kept me informed every step of the way and were a pleasure to work with. I received my laptop and could not be any happier. I have recommended XOTICPC to everyone interested in purchasing a laptop. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future. A+.

I recently ordered one of the new Sager NP2090 notebooks from Xotic PC. It's an amazing PC -- everything about it is top-notch. Xotic PC did a great job painting it, they matched my specifications exactly. Well, actually, they gave me a bit of a bonus: they painted the entire PC, instead of just the lid like I asked them to. Fine by me! They handled my questions and requests regarding the art for the cover quickly and professionally. Xotic PC sells laptops from every major laptop manufacturer. Most people don't realize it, but when you buy a laptop from a major PC "manufacturer," they're usually not the ones that actually made the laptop, some other company is! So what Xotic PC does is sell all the major laptops from all the major manufacturers. They give you complete customization of the internal components, so you can make a real monster of a PC. I build my own desktops, but not my laptops. Xotic PC is definitely the best place to get your laptop -- they even offer custom painting of the entire PC using any color you want, with metallic, matte, and other paint styles. And it’s automotive paint, so it’s tough. Then you get to add your own art for the cover, and it can be anything you like! All of this costs way less than competing companies that offer laptop painting services, like Falcon Northwest. The metallic blue paintjob on my Sager NP2090 is absolutely stunning. The artwork (a 3D rendering of my company logo) looks great, too. Xotic PC gives you a proof of the artwork and lets you approve it before they actually paint the machine. Although my laptop took a while to get here, that wasn't entirely Xotic PC's fault (although it does take up to three weeks to go through the painting cycle). It was back-ordered because the laptop hadn't been released by the manufacturer yet (so I guess mine is one of the first ones ever made). It's an awesome laptop, and I couldn't have gotten a better price from a different company for such a high-end PC, with such a professional paint-job. If you're too lazy to build your high-end desktop PCs, or if you want the best prices AND options for buying a laptop, go with Xotic PC -- alway

I
don't typically go out of my way to submit reviews on my dealings
with companies. I should, but I don't. My experience with XoticPC
compells me to share this review with you, however. I purchase a new
laptop every two years, and I have predominantly been a Dell guy.
This time, I decided to start from scratch and find something and
some one different. I can be relatively demanding and XoticPC's
customer service notes probably have several counts my calls and
conversations. Before I purchased, they were extremely helpful in
answering many of my detailed questions about differences in
hardware, etc. I tried to probe them to differentiate themselves
from their competitors, and they did not bad mouth anyone. In fact,
the guy even admitted that one of the competitors I mentioned was a
very reputable company. That made me more comfortable with XoticPC.
Also, their selection is much more impressive than the other
companies I was considering. After the purchase, everything was
handled professionally and exactly as they promised. I made an error
on the shipping address, which held up my shipment, but of course
that was my fault. Everything they were supposed to do, they did
perfectly. The machine is beautiful, powerful, and I am much more
satisfied than I had even hoped for. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND XOTICPC.

What an outstanding place to buy a laptop from. I was a first time buyer and nervous about buying one. I did research on notebookreviews.com and came across XoticPC when I was recommended a Sager NP2090. Justin at XoticPC answered all questions I had as a first time buyer and made it easy to buy from. I did not know of the company or computer when I started this trip to a first laptop but I am very glad I did and Xotic PC made it worth while. You really can not go wrong with these guys. Excellent customoer service that made you feel like they care, because they do.

After reading several laptop forums I discovered XoticPC.com, and decided to get the Sager NP2090. They are really great to offer a cash discount that saved me 3% and quickly prompted me telling me that I accidentally messed up ordering. Still, I quickly reorder with help from their support, and they were really helpful!
Even when I used their online support, Justin, the famous XoticPC tech support person, was really polite and helpful.
The only thing I disliked about this company is the fact that they ship using UPS, but that is just personal preference.
Overall, I recommend this company to anyone who is trying to get a great laptop for a GREAT cost!
C. Chang
Outstanding experience! I looked far and wide for an Asus G1 with
Windows XP. Finally locating one at Xotic, Justin answered all of my
questions and held the system until my Paypal echeck cleared. I got
the system in 2 days, which is outstanding for Hawaii. The system
runs like a dream and I am more than happy. My future laptop
purchases will start with Xotic.

After
a few months of searching and many phone calls and emails. I settled
on XoticPC as my builder. I even had a few phone calls to Alienware
under my belt. However, Justin and the folks at XoticPC blew them
away! I received my laptop exactly as promised in a very safe and
secure packaging with ZERO damage. After opening the package and
firing up my new Sager NP5760, I was amazed right from the start.
I've built many desktops myself, but decided that I wanted a gaming
laptop, but I was not impressed with many off the selve models and
wanted NO part of Vista which hasn't proven anything for the gaming
world as of yet. All the bigboys out there including Alienware do
NOT build with XP unless your going SLI. XoticPC does, and thats
what I wanted. The free Vista upgrade coupon provided will give me
Vista when it's a better system. Then I will (maybe) install it.
Well crafted and very stable performance along with a clean
installation made me feel like I had choosen the best builder out
there. If this company continues to offer the quality in
workmanship, great service and competetive pricing, this will be the
builder to beat! A 10 out of 10 in my eyes! You won't be sorry you
ordered from XoticPC at all.

I have purchased a Sager NP-5760 from XoticPC about a month ago. I have had plenty of time to test it and the conclussion is: you can't go wrong with either (the laptop OR the company!).
Justin was very polite, knowledgeable and supportive during all the process. When I needed some feedback, I had all the answers I needed within the day.
The box arrived safely, on a timely manner. Laptop worked just wonderfully well right out of it!
I will definetely have XoticPC in mind next time I am on the market for a computer.
All in all, GREAT buying experience

Great
Service, friendly people. I ordered a Compal HGL30 notebook, but my
bank delayed the wire transfer to Xotic PC. They never complained
and continued building my system though they haven't received the
money in time. The notebook was packed safely and shipped promptly.
Afterwards, when i needed customer support, Justin was friendly,
helpful and knowlegable.
Would definitely recommend XOTIC PC.

On
behalf of Ogg Design, Inc. XoticPC did a great job with our latest
purchase. Buying a high end laptop to run Alias software was a
challenge. We always need to purchase the best graphics cards
available at the time of selection coupled with the best processor
speeds possible, not to mention upgradeable. This is our second
purchase via XoticPC and by far the best effort yet.
XoticPC staff made calls to our software provider to guarantee the
right choice in card, they balanced special port issues for our
license key system. It's a pleasure to do business with a seller
that is customer service oriented, works around problems and
delivers the needed hardware. When we need other equipment I'll be
to XoticPC to shop.
R. Ogg
XOTICPC took care of me and my company!
I am the CEO of Kamea Networks & Technology, Inc. It's a small but
growing consulting company that provides IT support and high-end
custom built workstations to small and medium-sized businesses in
the Chicagoland area. I was looking to include truly high-powered
laptops into our arsenal of products. While I am not afraid to buy
the right tool for the right job, I am also very picky about where
every dollar goes, and I expect top-notch treatment from my
employees and my vendors... just like I give to my clients. After
researching the 9750 model for many months, I felt that this laptop
would FINALLY free me from having both a workstation and a laptop.
I blasted out a total of 7 emails to various venders that I had
found on the web offering the Clevo D900K model under various names,
including Alienware, WidowPC, RJTech, and several others. The
contents of this email specified my desire to purchase the unit in
more of a "bare book" fashion; meaning without hard drives, OS, and
processor. Since this is, hopefully, the first of many units to be
bought, I wanted a proof of concept unit for my personal use that
could utilize hardware that was already in my lab... no sense paying
for hardware that I didn’t need (So I thought… more on that later)
Many of the vendors took their sweet time answering my emails
(several days) and some of them would not warranty a machine sold
without all of their components stuffed into it. A few, including
XOTIC, would!
Justin was excellent at answering my questions truthfully and
quickly. He understood my unique business requirements and explained
warranty information carefully to me. After comparing warranty
information, Xoticpc had the best offerings of anyone, including the
vendors that wouldn’t warranty a "stripped" machine. Various other
vendors, when I placed phone calls inquiring about specific
information, had what I can only describe as a bunch of knuckleheads
working the phones. Not who I want to deal with if my client’s
machine was to start having problems! Xoticpc was great in general…
and Justin specifically.
Xoticpc actually came in a close second on the bottom line after my
custom configuration details were sent. However, I really had
developed a good feeling about Xoticpc and inquired about them
matching the price to earn my business. They actually came in a few
$$$'s below and sealed the deal.
Now… what you MIGHT want to hear about is the problems I had, and
how Xoticpc worked with me to fix them. As I mentioned, I ordered
the laptop without a processor or hard drives. The problem started
when I went to install the 2.5” IDE hard drives I had. There was an
update that removed support for IDE drives and now only shipped with
their proprietary SATA cable assembly. Okay, no biggie…
So I decided to order 2 80-gig drives from Newegg since I had a
credit with them. When they arrived, the laptop wouldn’t recognize
both drives. So after talking to their separate tech support (the
infamous Sager “we’ll call you back” policy) we started
troubleshooting the laptop’s issues. First of all, the person I
talked to 3 times in a row had some difficulty with English, even
though the number I was called from was in California. So muscling
thru a heavy Asian accent, we had several attempts in a row to
describe the problem being misinterpreted. After FINALLY getting
thru to him that I am capable of setting up a RAID array, he agreed
to overnight me a new proprietary SATA cable assembly. Didn’t work.
After another couple attempts to talk to them, they agreed to take
the laptop back and rush-turn around the repair. The person on the
other end of the phone was clearly expressing his opinion that I
didn’t know what I was doing and was convinced that I had bent pins
on the motherboard header where the SATA cable header plugged in due
to my "inexperience". So after arguing extensively, I paid out of
pocket (due to my time constraints) to overnight the laptop back to
them.
Sadly, the drives I ordered from Newegg were quietly documented as
incompatible with the VIA chipset on the laptop… so we were both
wrong. I bought a single hard drive from them and it was installed
and shipped back to me.
Why tell all this? Xoticpc really earned their pay with their
dedication to helping me resolve it. Justin stayed cool under
considerable pressure from me, and stood up for his company’s
products and services (which I admire him for) but still
investigated where his processes were failing in this instance and
began rectifying it to the best of his abilities. TRUST ME when I
tell you that I didn’t make it easy for him.
So as far as I’m concerned, a small ding for the rude support
person, but still giving Xoticpc an “A” for their quality and
dedication. And you can email me at chach@kameanetworks.com if you
want me to verify everything I told you in this review.

Xotic
made a custom-build Compal Hel-80 (laptop computer) for me.
Communication was excellent both individually, and Justin at Xotic
appears frequently on online forums. The machine arrived in the
expected timeframe, even though I'd ordered a CPU that wasn't
available at the time of purchase. Packaging was more than adequate,
and they even upgraded my shipping to make sure I had the weekend to
play with the machine. Very good experience.

I
spent a lot of time on google and various bulletin boards looking
for user opinions and reviews for a good desktop replacement and
settled on the Sager NP5760. I was in a bit of rush as I needed this
laptop for a remote audio recording project the following week.
I was originally going to make my purchase from another online
merchant because they offered the lowest price. I was just about
ready to make my purchase, but decided to ask product related
questions through email. I like to test a merchants customer support
through email and/or phone to get an indication of what kind of
support I'd might expect as a paying customer. While that merchant
we good about making prompt replies to my inquiries, I felt that he
was a bit pushy and gave me wrong information. I wanted the Intel
A/B/G Wifi + Bluetooth + Internal TV tuner options. This merchant
told me that I would not be able to have all of those options
because there wasn't enough room and expansion slots. I found that
kind of weird and stupid. I thought to myself, "Why do you have that
option on your configuration page?" The other merchants I looked at
offered the same options and decided to investigate further. I want
to also mention that the merchant's site looked pretty shabby and
homemade, but at that time I was concerned mostly with price and
support. In addition, the website didn't have realtime inventory
status.
XoticPC was next cheapest vendor. Prior to making my purchase
through XoticPC, I noticed that they had a "Live Help" function. So
I decided to give it a try. I was expecting it to be an automated
response type of support system, but was pleasantly surprised to be
greeted by none other than the infamous Justin Nolte. I heard of him
and saw several of his very helpful and useful posts through various
discussions I happened on through the bulletin boards. Let me say
that he is just as friendly and helpful in person or chat rather, as
he is in the boards. We spent a good 20mins or so chatting. Part of
our chat included the Intel A/B/B WIFI, Bluetooth, and Internal TV
tuner options. I mentioned to him that another merchant said that
combination wasn't possible. His reply was that as far as he knew it
was possible. In fact he double checked to make sure that it was.
Long story short, yes it was possible. That's all I wanted to hear.
I was ready to buy. I went with the 17" WUXGA, T2600 CPU, 2 GB RAM,
2 x 100GB 7200rpm drives, Spare A/C adapter and battery and the
wireless and tv tuner options previously aforementioned. From there
our online chat went to the phone to expedite my order process. I
was a happy camper. To top things off, Justin gave me a shipping
discount for choosing XoticPC over the other vendor and let me say
shipping to Hawaii was rediculous. He charged me the cost for
shipping to the contintental US. The final price combined with
shipping ended up being cheaper than the other merchant. Go figure
:)
In the end I chose to make my purchase from XoticPC for a couple of
reasons: site design and layout, ease of navigation, realtime
inventory status, and super-duper-top-notch customer support. Let me
say that this support didn't end with my purchase consultation.
Justin followed up with me once after my order was shipped to make
sure that I received my package (he knew I was in rush). And then
followed up again twice after I received my laptop(through email and
telephone, so actually 6x's, but who's counting) to see how my
laptop was performing for my remote recording project and to check
if I had any problems or questions. I didn't have any issues at all.
My Sager NP5760 runs like a Ferrari. It is a true desktop
replacement. It's just as fast, maybe even faster than my Athlon FX2
4200 desktop.
I would have no hesitation to make a purchase from XoticPC in the
future and highly recommend them. When you're ready to make your
purchase, be sure to ask for Justin. He knows his stuff.

I'm a
new Xotic customer who purchased a Sager
NP980 from them. Xotic's rep was one Justin Nolte.
If he's indicative of the sales reps Xotic is doing one fine job. He
was polite, patient, informative, and seemed focused on personally
making sure the sale went smoothly.
It didn't stop once the sale was made. When the unit arrived he
followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the received
merchandise. the few questions I did have he answered swiftly.
he even responded to my giddy and glib comments.
As for the unit itself, it was well packed and exactly as
advertised. No missing stuff as I have endured with other vendors.
Everything worked right out of the box. Obviously, I'm inclined to
make future purchases from them because of the quality of the
product they sell and the fact the sales reps know how to treat
customers.
Finally, as a Deaf person who routinely encounters sales people who
lack patience or respect for the Deaf--my Xotic experience was
extraordinary from start to finish. There's
a fair number of businesses I will never give my money to no matter
how much I need what they sell
but Xotic is not one of them

I was
in the market for a new laptop. I wanted something with good
performance at a decent price. After spending weeks researching
various brands, features, and online retailers I settled on a Sager
NP5760 notebook from Xotic PC. Xotic offered the features I wanted
at good price. Plus they deliver to Canada, where I reside.
Justin @ Xotic was very helpful, and polite, in answering any
questions or concerns I had about hardware, shipping, etc. I paid
for my order by wire transfer (something I had never done before),
and his instructions were easy to follow.
The laptop arrived safe and sound a little over two weeks after I
ordered; a reasonable amount of time, considering it had to pass
through Customs, which probably takes a couple of days. Everything
was neatly packed, double boxed, with lots of bubble wrap for good
measure.
The only problem, and it was a minor one, was that Sager forgot to
send me the external USB floppy drive that I ordered with the
laptop. I mentioned this to Justin and he got on it right away.
Within a week and a half I had my external floppy drive.
I've been very happy with the laptop since it arrived. I haven't had
any problems with it after nearly two months of ownership.
Everything works like a charm and it's built quite solid. I highly
recommend Xotic PC to anyone in the market for a high performance
notebook at a good price.

Top Notch Company!!!!
I have had the most pleasant experience buying from this company. I
had the pleasure of getting in contact with the same person every
time I contacted XoticPC. He has remembered my name from my very
first call. Ask for Justin he is great and knows his tech.
I bought their AMD64 dual core line up of desktop replacements the
"Sager." they personally helped me over the phone come up with
exactly what I was looking for and than they even took the time to
allow me to pay for it with part Credit Card over the phone and part
Pay Pal. They were more than willing to work hard for my business
and were flexible to my needs.
I received my laptop with in a week and have had zero problems with
it. Although from my experience so far I can tell that if one ever
occurs they won’t hesitate to do everything they can for me.
But the top reasons they are so great is simple MONEY!
My laptop is almost two times better than the Alienware laptop in
the same price range. It’s the same thing folks down to the nuts and
bolts. Except I have a bigger processor more ram better video card
better monitor and a better warranty.
Thank you XoticPC.com
