XoticPC's Sager NP5796 is without a doubt the most powerful and amazing "portable" gaming laptop on the market. Top of the line features such as the Intel Montivina CPU, DDR3, the world most powerful mobile GPU (9800M GTX), and many other features, all covered in an attractive design, made this system the best choice of any system available. While I use the system for high end gaming from time to time, I also run a lot of professional apps such as Adobe's Photoshop CS3, Sony's Vegas, and E-On Software's Vue 6 applications. The NP5796 excels in the power processing these applications demand, yet when the work load is light, the hardware scales back beautifully and provides an amazing battery life. Sager claims 1-2 hours of battery on this system, however, I have been able to squeeze almost 4 hours out of it under office use. If you need a top end system for professional and gaming use, but don't want the weight, battery life, and size of the NP9262, this is your system.
Dealing with XoticPC is amazing. I've never worked with a better company that manages so well. The techs I've spoken to were all American and spoke perfect english (YES!). I have recommended this company to everybody I can, and can guarantee you'll never buy from the "Big Guys" ever again. |

I bought the NP5796 as soon as I found out it was replacing the 93. It is my first laptop and I can't tell you how happy I am. This thing is a beast! It beats out my desktop and is very sexy. I installed Crysis as soon as I had installed all my favourite programs and was able to play with all settings on high with no problems! I got the one with the 1680x1050 screen and it looks great. Everything runs smoothly and the build quality is superb. The touchpad is very nice and the fingerprint reader is a nice touch. I can easily say that I am very pleased and the only problem I had was getting it to Canada! I got charged an extra $372 when it showed up at my door but it was worth it. Xotic PC is awesome!!!!! |

I bought the Sager NP 5793 about a month ago and there's no doubt its the best laptop, even computer in general that I have ever owned. It is reasonably priced compared to all other 'gaming' laptops and has striking performance with its 8800GTX and glossy 1920x1200 screen; it also looks great and feels great. The XoticPC support is also absolutely phenomenal, i was helped by Justin Woitte who was extremely knowledgeable and nice. Ordering was a breeze and there were no errors whatsoever and took only a couple days to arrive. All in all I am extremely pleased with this laptop's predecessor which is only slightly different from this new NP5796 which I'm sure can only be better.
When I logged in to write this review i saw the updates to this laptop and I hated myself for having bought the 93 only a couple weeks earlier _._ But I'll be waiting for yet another product like this from the amazing, yet little heard of company "Sager." Thank you as well as XoticPC!
