sold by Xotic PC carry a Manufacturer Warranty and are serviced by the
manufacturer during their normal warranty period. We also offer a
free support forum and a subscription-based Priority 24/7
tech support program.
Please feel free to
contact Xotic PC with any support issue. We will do all we can to
assist you. However, please keep in mind, some issues (i.e., in-warranty
repairs, replacements) are better handled directly with the
manufacturer.
