If for ANY REASON WHATSOEVER you should fail to be satisfied with your XOTIC PC Product, you may return it within 15 DAYS of the ship date for a FULL REFUND of your purchase price less the original shipping. For SAGER BRANDED units If for ANY REASON WHATSOEVER you should fail to be satisfied with your SAGER BRANDED Product, you may return it within 30 DAYS of the ship date for a FULL REFUND of your purchase price less the original shipping. To return products, you must, within 15 calendar days (30 Days for Sager Units) of your original ship date, call XOTIC PC's Sales Department toll-free at 1-877-289-9684 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, which must appear on all communications about the Returned Product, and on the outside of the shipping packaging. You must ship the products to XOTIC PC in their original packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. You may return software for refund or credit only if the sealed package containing the diskettes is unopened. Also, if Windows XP, Vista or Microsoft Office has been activated, it will not be accepted back for refund or credit. Returned products must be in as-new condition, and all of the manuals, diskettes, power cables, and other items included with a product must be returned with it. (If for any reason a return is received back with physical damage to the item (Scratches, dents etc) the repair costs will be deducted out of the refund amount.) XOTIC PC will not refund shipping/handling and insurance costs. Customer must use whatever means is necessary to ensure that product is returned to and received by XOTIC PC within 20 Calendar Days (35 Days for Sager Units) of the Date of SHIPPING (original ship date). Items that are returned that were shipped with Free Shipping or Free upgraded shipping will be deducted the appropriate cost for the shipping option used. Any rush processing fees paid to expedite your order are non-refundable. In the event that XOTIC PC approves a return outside of the above quoted return time a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Manufacturer sealed items (such as Asus Ensemble Notebooks) may be charged a 15% re-stocking fee if sent in missing any original manufacturer packaging or parts. ASUS Laptops must be returned by the 15th day from shipment under the above return policy.   When Free Shipping is offered it is deducted from the product price.   Shipping is non refundable.   

CUSTOM PAINTED LAPTOP RETURNS. Because a custom painted notebook that is returned to us cannot be sold unless we pay to have the custom paintwork removed or covered, we will charge a restocking fee for custom painted computers of 25%. The return period is 15 days from ship date for custom painted or skinned machines.

XOTIC PC warrants this product and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for three years limited labor and one year parts* from the original date of invoice. During this period, XOTIC PC will repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts at XOTIC PC option, without charge to you. All original parts replaced by XOTIC PC or its authorized service centers, become the property of XOTIC PC. XOTIC PC, makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to an implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, with respect to this computer other than as set forth below. XOTIC PC makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to any other manufacturer’s product or documentation, its quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description.

Except as provided below, XOTIC PC is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the computer. Under no circumstances shall XOTIC PC be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the computer.

The warranty and remedies set forth below are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No reseller, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty.

XOTIC PC Other Terms & Information

Barebone purchases come standard with a 1 Year Limited Warranty and no shipping coverage for mail in Depot Repair. Any barebones system that are sent in for repairs, that are the result of faulty hardware added by anyone other then XOTIC PC, will not be covered under the Warranty and will be charged a $89 diagnostic fee for testing & diagnostics. Physical damage (liquid damage, physical abuse, etc.) will void the Xotic PC Warranty. Barebone batteries and power adapters are warranted through the manufacturer.

Procedures for Obtaining Warranty Service

RMA (Returning Merchandise Authorization) Policy:

If repairs are required, the customer must obtain a RMA number and provide proof of purchase. RMA and services are rendered by XOTIC PC or Authorized Service Centers only. Any shipping costs after 30 days (starting from the original date of purchase) on any item returned for repair are the customers’ responsibility. All returned parts must have a RMA number written clearly on the outside of the package along with a letter detailing the problems and a copy of the original proof of purchase. No COD packages will be accepted. No package will be accepted without a RMA number written on the outside of the package. RMA numbers are only valid for 30 days from the date of issue. International customers must pay shipping both ways for any repairs, including warranty repairs. Please refer to our Contact Us page to contact us for setting up any RMA.

After One-Year Warranty – Post Warranty Repair

For post warranty repair, the procedure is the same however; you are responsible for shipping charges both way, current labor (rate per hour; waived for 2^nd and 3^rd year), and the current price of part(s) used in repair.

International Warranty

Xotic PC will provide service for any International Order at our US Service Center. Shipping is paid by the customer both ways for any DOA or warranty repair.

Xotic PC will repair/replace the machine at our US Service Center anytime during the warranty period.

Governing Law

This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska. Any litigation under this agreement shall be resolved in the trial courts of Lancaster County, State of Nebraska, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction on this matter.

Shipping Instructions

XOTIC PC advises shipping the computer in the original box and packing materials. If the original box and materials are no longer available, please call your shipper to receive specifications for shipping a package through them. Please do not attempt to ship via U.S. Mail. The U.S. Mail has no way of tracking the package in the event the package never arrives at XOTIC PC. We recommend UPS, FedEx or any other shipping company that uses tracking technology.

YOUR RMA NUMBER MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX OR PACKAGE. TAPE A NOTE TO THE SIDE OF YOUR COMPUTER, INSIDE THE BOX OR PACKAGE. THIS NOTE SHOULD INCLUDED:

YOUR FULL NAME, ADDRESS, RMA NUMBER, DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER AND PROBLEM(S) DESCRIPTION.

Full System:

· The box should able to handle a weight of 40~50 lbs.

· There should be a minimum of 3” of space on all six sides of the computer.

· The 3” space shall be fitted with BLOCK FOAM material. Make sure the material will absorb an impact if dropped.

· Use heavy-duty 3” packing tape rated at 60 lbs. To seal the package. Do not use masking tape - the driver will not accept the package.

· When you ship your XOTIC PC product in for repair or credit, XOTIC PC is not liable or responsible for freight damage. It is recommended that you insure the package in the event that your XOTIC PC product is received freight damaged, you may be able to file a claim with your shipper.

· If your computer is damaged due to improper shipping, you must instruct XOTIC PC to repair or return your computer within 30 days. Computer left beyond 30 days will be subject to a storage fee of $15 per day. However, in no event will storage of your computer exceed one year. Any item left beyond one year shall be discarded at XOTIC PC’s sole discretion.

ALL DAMAGE WILL DELAY THE RETURN OF YOUR COMPUTER

Individual parts must be handled in a similar manner:

· The parts must have sufficient protection to prevent damage, use anti-static bag for memory and peripherals.

· Hard drives, Floppy drives, CD-ROMS and peripherals must be boxed. Never use an envelope. These parts are sensitive to being dropped or crushed.

· Any package received damaged will be kept in the receiving department and the Technical Support and Customer Service Supervisors will be contacted in order to contact you regarding the damage. You will then be advised to file a claim with the shipping company.

Should any debt become outstanding, all Attorney Fee's and Collection Agency Fees will be charged to the outstanding debt.
