Xotic PC's ASUS Total Satisfaction Return Policy

IF FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER YOU SHOULD FAIL TO BE SATISFIED WITH YOUR ASUS LAPTOP, YOU MAY RETURN IT WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM ITS ORIGINAL SHIP DATE FOR A 100% REFUND LESS SHIPPING CHARGES. ALL RETURNS REQUIRE USE OF A RETURNED MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER, WHICH MUST APPEAR ON ALL COMMUNICATION ABOUT THE RETURNED ITEM AND ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE SHIPPING PACKAGING. ASUS returns may be charged a 15% re-stocking fee if sent in missing any original manufacturer packaging or parts or if the warranty is registered. ASUS Laptops must be returned by the 15th day from shipment under the above return policy. When Free Shipping is offered it is deducted from the products price. Shipping is non refundable.

In addition, if any upgraded software was purchased such as Windows XP, Vista or Microsoft Office has been activated, it will not be accepted back for refund or credit. 2 A two year global warranty: You can receive free service on your notebook at ASUS service centers worldwide for two years from your date of purchase.
0 A zero bright dot guaranty: If your LCD displays even a single bright dot within 30 days of purchase, ASUS will replace your notebook’s entire screen.
2 Free two-way standard overnight shipping:: If your notebook needs service, ASUS covers the cost of shipping it Fedex standard overnight from one of over 2,000 Fedex stations in the US. ASUS will overnight it back to you for free as well. In Canada, call for pickup from your business or residence to ASUS's Canada Service Center and ASUS will deliver your notebook back to the same address, also using Fedex standard overnight. (ASUS provides shipping coverage when complete systems are sent in for repair, not individual parts.)
24 Twenty-four hour tech support seven days per week: ASUS customer service professionals are there to service you at all times (Holidays excepted) .

THIS APPLIES TO END USERS IN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ONLY (EXCLUDING PUERTO RICO, ALASKA, HAWAII, AND U.S. POSSESSIONS AND TERRITORIES). Outside of the Sager 1 Year Limited Parts warranty YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING THE PRODUCT TO THE SAGER REPAIR FACILITY AND SAGER WILL SHIP THE PRODUCT BACK TO YOU FREIGHT COLLECT.

For Canadian Customers XOTIC PC covers return shipping back to the customer for repairs during the Warranty period*. Xotic PC's Force Series Total Satisfaction Return Policy

FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER YOU SHOULD FAIL TO BE SATISFIED WITH YOUR Xotic PC PRODUCT, YOU MAY RETURN IT WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE DATE OF SHIPPING FOR A 100% REFUND OF YOUR PURCHASE PRICE ALONE. To return products, you must, within 15 calendar days of your original ship date, emails Xotic PC's Service Department (service@xoticpc.com) to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, which must appear on all communications about the Returned Product, and on the outside of the shipping packaging. You must ship the products to Xotic PC in it's original packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. You may return software for refund or credit only if the sealed package containing the diskettes is unopened. Also, if Windows XP, Vista or Microsoft Office has been activated, it will not be accepted back for refund or credit. Returned products must be in as-new condition, and all of the manuals, diskettes, power cables, and other items included with a product must be returned with it. All plans are fully insured by an insurance company rated "Excellent" by A.M. Best. You will never have to pay for parts and labor of any covered repair during the term of the plan. In the event that your product can not be repaired, it will be replaced at no cost to you. AC Adapters and batteries are warranted for 1 Year from purchase date and can not be extended.

Standard 2 -3 Year Laptop Accidental LCD Damage Protection Warranties

This special 2- 3 year screen protection warranty plan adds accidental damage coverage for your screen. Day-1 Screen Protection begins from date of purchase. Screen protection must be purchased within 90 Days of system purchase. Plans cover any accidental damage to your LCD Screen. Xotic PC bundles the standard 2 or 3 year Standard Parts & Labor plans with all ADP Warranties. Full coverage terms are available at www.repairmaster.com. Shipping charges are not covered by the warranty provider. AC Adapters and batteries are warranted for 1 Year from purchase date and can not be extended.

3 Year Limited Warranty on Desktops Systems, Media Centers & Servers

XOTIC PC warrants this product and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for three years labor and one year parts* from the original date of invoice. During this period, XOTIC PC will repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts at XOTIC PC option, without charge to you. All original parts replaced by XOTIC PC or its authorized service centers, become the property of XOTIC PC. You are responsible for the payment, at current rates, for any service or repair outside the scope of this limited warranty.

XOTIC PC, makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to an implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, with respect to this computer other than as set forth below. XOTIC PC makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to any other manufacturer’s product or documentation, its quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description.

Except as provided below, XOTIC PC is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the computer. Under no circumstances shall XOTIC PC be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the computer.

The warranty and remedies set forth below are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No reseller, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty.

**Select CPU's, Hard Drives, Motherboards, RAM & Video Cards carry a 3 Year Manufacturers Warranty. Xotic PC will assist with any warranty claims with the manufacturer for qualified parts. For further details please contact us.

AC Adapters and batteries are warranted for 1 Year from purchase date and can not be extended.

XOTIC PC Other Terms & Information

Barebone purchases come standard with a 1 Year Limited Warranty and no shipping coverage for mail in Depot Repair. Any barebones system that are sent in for repairs, that are the result of faulty hardware added by anyone other then XOTIC PC, will not be covered under the Warranty and will be charged a $89 diagnostic fee for testing & diagnostics. Physical damage (liquid damage, physical abuse, etc.) will void the Xotic PC Warranty. Barebone batteries and power adapters are warranted through the manufacturer. Any reports of missing/damaged items need to be reported within 2 weeks of delivery. Purchasing our extended warranties extend the internal hardware or provide LCD ADP Protection. Custom exterior modifications made to the system by Xotic PC are not extended (i.e Paint Jobs, Skinning). When returns are set up for External Accessories purchased, they must be returned unopened in their original retail package to be eligible for refund.

Procedures for Obtaining Warranty Service

RMA (Returning Merchandise Authorization) Policy:

If repairs are required, the customer must obtain a RMA number and provide proof of purchase. RMA and services are rendered by XOTIC PC or Authorized Service Centers only. Any shipping costs after 30 days (starting from the original date of purchase) on any item returned for repair are the customers’ responsibility. All returned parts must have a RMA number written clearly on the outside of the package along with a letter detailing the problems and a copy of the original proof of purchase. No COD packages will be accepted. No package will be accepted without a RMA number written on the outside of the package. RMA numbers are only valid for 30 days from the date of issue. International customers must pay shipping both ways for any repairs, including warranty repairs. Please refer to our Contact Us page to contact us for setting up any RMA.

After One-Year Warranty – Post Warranty Repair

For post warranty repair, the procedure is the same however; you are responsible for shipping charges both way, current labor (rate per hour; waived for 2nd and 3rd year), and the current price of part(s) used in repair.

International Warranty

Xotic PC will provide service for any International Order at our US Service Center. Shipping is paid by the customer both ways for any DOA or warranty repair.

Xotic PC will repair/replace the machine at our US Service Center anytime during the warranty period.

Governing Law

This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska. Any litigation under this agreement shall be resolved in the trial courts of Lancaster County, State of Nebraska, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction on this matter.

Shipping Instructions

XOTIC PC advises shipping the computer in the original box and packing materials. If the original box and materials are no longer available, please call your shipper to receive specifications for shipping a package through them. Please do not attempt to ship via U.S. Mail. The U.S. Mail has no way of tracking the package in the event the package never arrives at XOTIC PC. We recommend UPS, FedEx or any other shipping company that uses tracking technology.

YOUR RMA NUMBER MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX OR PACKAGE. TAPE A NOTE TO THE SIDE OF YOUR COMPUTER, INSIDE THE BOX OR PACKAGE. THIS NOTE SHOULD INCLUDED:

YOUR FULL NAME, ADDRESS, RMA NUMBER, DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER AND PROBLEM(S) DESCRIPTION.

Full System:

· The box should able to handle a weight of 40~50 lbs.

· There should be a minimum of 3” of space on all six sides of the computer.

· The 3” space shall be fitted with BLOCK FOAM material. Make sure the material will absorb an impact if dropped.

· Use heavy-duty 3” packing tape rated at 60 lbs. To seal the package. Do not use masking tape - the driver will not accept the package.

· When you ship your XOTIC PC product in for repair or credit, XOTIC PC is not liable or responsible for freight damage. It is recommended that you insure the package in the event that your XOTIC PC product is received freight damaged, you may be able to file a claim with your shipper.

· If your computer is damaged due to improper shipping, you must instruct XOTIC PC to repair or return your computer within 30 days. Computer left beyond 30 days will be subject to a storage fee of $15 per day. However, in no event will storage of your computer exceed one year. Any item left beyond one year shall be discarded at XOTIC PC’s sole discretion.

ALL DAMAGE WILL DELAY THE RETURN OF YOUR COMPUTER

Individual parts must be handled in a similar manner:

· The parts must have sufficient protection to prevent damage, use anti-static bag for memory and peripherals.

· Hard drives, Floppy drives, CD-ROMS and peripherals must be boxed. Never use an envelope. These parts are sensitive to being dropped or crushed.

· Any package received damaged will be kept in the receiving department and the Technical Support and Customer Service Supervisors will be contacted in order to contact you regarding the damage. You will then be advised to file a claim with the shipping company.
