Everything works. Had to contact support for a small issue but they guided me on how to fix it and did it quickly.
Mini LED screen, 4K & 4090 gives the sharpest brightest color and best shadow imaging I have ever owned. Tech support was great when I questioned this versus the 17" LCD screen. Glad I stayed with this beast! Well built, solid chassis, 2 SSD, Steel series RGB control, XoticPC did a great job with the assembly and upgrades. Super communication from them. Definitely a 5 Star Rating!
I purchased my first computer from Xotic almost 10 years ago. Since then, I've purchased a total of two laptops and 4 desktops for myself and my family. The quality of their builds is excellent, as is their customer service. My eldest son has the Meshify as his gaming rig, and he's very happy with it. I am a dance teacher and need a good computer for music, pictures, and video plus all of the other day to day things. This SAGER NP3560U (Clevo V560TU) Laptop seems to be the perfect replacement. The pc is amazing. I'd suggest you upgrade a few things, as I did. The build I have isn't much more than the standard you see here. But its enough to run next gen gaming without a problem. I kept the motherboard. Upgraded the PCIe. Graphics card and ram. Other than that. The customizable options are superb! I haven't found a site build any better than this. My pc is now a little over a month old and still running strong.
Everything runs so smooth! Even though my wifi is not being the greatest, it still runs so fast and barely any lag with my games. It did take a long while to come but I'd say well worth the wait!
Visually the best looking gaming pc around as well as powerful.

I bought this laptop about 5 months ago and it runs like a dream. When in silent mode it is a perfect work laptop that produces absolutrly no noise and is still a completely functional gaming machine albeit with notice performance drop. When is turbo mode with cpu on ultimate this machine is an absolute unit. It easily outperforms most standalone PC's and cam run anything and everything on max settings with ease. Easley running high-end new games such as helldivers (when helldivers doesn't crash) at around 110 frames a second consistently. Would ansolutrly recommend
I maxed out my ssd storage and this was a great option got two and the copper heatsinks as well for them I think in total I have about 8TB
With the SSD, 64 GB of RAM this laptop is very quick and not as heavy as many of the other gaming laptops. So far the temperature has been fine and the fan is not too loud (and you are able to silence it when needed). Overall a solid laptop for the price.

I am pretty sensitive to fan noise and I don't need a big PC for my use case, so I was looking for a small PC to buy. I came across the GS53 and decided to give it a whirl. So far, I am really happy with my experience. I like that you can fit a decent processor into the case and plenty of RAM. 4 video outputs is great too. This machine should last me many years.
The fan noise out of the box was a still just a tad too loud for my taste, but you can use the Quiet fan mode (change in the BIOS) as well as set the maximum process power management state value to 99% instead of 100% (found in the power plan), and that cuts down the fan speed to something very quiet.
