Excellent product. Also when I called about delivery schedule customer service found a delay due to part’s availability and I received my laptop before the estimated delay delivery date. Overall my MCI build was exactly what I wanted and the customer service was excellent. The only issue was the version for Microsoft business was not the latest version. I mention this because I don’t remember seeing the version option on the website when I selected it. Would recommend service to others.
So i bought this laptop the beginning of may and i received it on May 12th or the 11th, and i have no regrets at all because i needed a laptop that would be capable of running steam games and fortnite and also after effects since im a video editor, so far everything works fast and smooth, also idk why people say xoticpc has terrible customer service… I contacted them and support for help and they reply to me all the time i had questions for help and always gave me solutions… id say this laptop is totally worth the wait it took almost half a month for some ppl it takes a whole month, depending bc some ppl have written on other reviews that they received theirs within less than 2 weeks
So i bought this laptop to play games on steam and play fortnite, i also bought bc i needed a laptop that runs after effects smooth and fast so far this has been living up to my expectations… i have no regrets also the costumer service and support help team is so helpful, i read somewhere how xoticpc customer service is terrible but i have had no bad service at all, theyve been so helpful with this whole process when i contacted them for help… i say get this laptop if youre thinking about it! because i am in love with it!

This case stands apart from so many others I reviewed recently. The visibility to those costly components is unmatched. The Video card riser is amazing.
I am very happy with my pc set up. Runs fast as ever plenty of storage. Looks just perfect in the dark with my purple lighting on. Love the fack you can't see the wiring makes the build more top notch. The 8.8 hardware screen is perfect and haven't found anything it can't do..
I got all the bells and whistle's or as many I can the fact that I went from a 1050 TI laptop with 16GB to having 4090 RTX ,94 GB Ram and max SSD storage is amazing. I've been mostly playing Fortnite and Fallout 3-4 maxed settings and many mods its so different taking all these options in.
Cooling isn't horrible the one gripe I have is the laptop keyboard space bar gets stuck from time to time but I also use a corsair k70 keyboard.
Besides that I love this laptop and ordering process wasn't horrible at all

Mini LED screen, 4K & 4090 gives the sharpest brightest color and best shadow imaging I have ever owned. Tech support was great when I questioned this versus the 17" LCD screen. Glad I stayed with this beast! Well built, solid chassis, 2 SSD, Steel series RGB control, XoticPC did a great job with the assembly and upgrades. Super communication from them. Definitely a 5 Star Rating!
I purchased my first computer from Xotic almost 10 years ago. Since then, I've purchased a total of two laptops and 4 desktops for myself and my family. The quality of their builds is excellent, as is their customer service. My eldest son has the Meshify as his gaming rig, and he's very happy with it.
